Role Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure robust planning, reporting, compliance, and profitability tracking. This role is crucial to support Bhoomi's growth, enhance financial discipline, and guide strategic decision-making across product lines and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Lead annual and monthly budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Review and analyze Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Track and assess product and channel profitability; support pricing and cost optimization decisions.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare periodic management reports, MIS dashboards, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings (GST, TDS, income tax, ROC compliance).
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Collaborate with leadership, operations, and supply chain teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Assist in investor reporting, fundraising activities, and due diligence processes.
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, vendor/customer credit cycles, and funding requirements.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Drive process improvements and implement financial systems that scale with the business.
  • Track cost centers including crop budgets, labor expenses, logistics, and R&D investments.

What We're Looking For

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 510 years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or startups.
  • Strong expertise in taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and controls.
  • Proven ability to analyze product profitability and support pricing strategies.
  • Excellent Excel, ERP, and financial modeling skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
