Role Objective

The Finance Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of accounting operations, statutory and tax compliances, payroll administration, receivables, payables, banking operations, and internal financial reporting.

The role ensures that the Company's financial records are accurate, compliant, audit-ready, and capable of supporting timely management and board-level decision-making. While strategic direction and final approvals rest with the CFO, this position carries full operational ownership of the finance function.

Qualifications and Experience

68 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, and compliances

Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred; strong hands-on operational experience is essential

Prior experience in Information Technology, SaaS, IT Enabled, or services organization preferred

Strong working knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and labor laws

Experience in handling audits and regulatory interactions
