Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable for E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
• Drive commercial negotiations with key E-commerce and Q-commerce partners.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and financial risks.
• Lead customer reconciliations and ensure timely closure with NDCs.
• Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for assigned channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Drive commercial excellence and oversee team performance to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze channel profitability, margins, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified CA
• Proven experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Channel Finance.
• Prior experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG, or high-growth startup environments.
• Strong understanding of customer negotiations, trade spends, and commercial controls.
• Excellent financial planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Experience

✅ FMCG / Startup background

✅ E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Sales Commercial Finance experience

✅ Experience managing channel P&L and customer commercials
