We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, strengthen financial planning, and support the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company's end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow planning, fund flow monitoring, and working capital optimization.
  • Ensure timely and error-free compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, PF/ESI, and ROC filings.
  • Lead internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Develop financial strategies, cost control initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Oversee vendor payments, receivables, payroll, and overall financial documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and SOPs.
  • Provide financial insights, risk assessments, and data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Support long-term financial planning, investments, and business expansion decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields (CA Inter/ICWA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, audits, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
