Finance Manager / Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and monthly/annual close.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and audit readiness.
  
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with leadership.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, advisors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• Support financial planning aligned with Embark's GCC growth strategy.
  
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and controllership roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.
  
• Experience in consulting, services, or scaling organizations is an advantage.
  
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
