Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in IT Services and/or product development environments. The candidate should have solid expertise in legal and statutory compliance, along with exposure to US and international finance operations. This role will play a key part in managing financial operations, compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations
  

• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements
  

• Handle audits, taxation, and regulatory filings
  

• Manage US and international finance processes, including multi-entity accounting.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (MIS)
  

• Manage revenue recognition for IT services and product-based businesses

• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations
  

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors

• Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
  

  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting
  

• Strong experience in IT Services and/or product development companies
  

• In-depth knowledge of Indian statutory and legal compliance
  

• Exposure to US and international finance operations
  

• Experience with direct and indirect taxation
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
