Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end finance operations and support business objectives through effective financial initiatives.

• Handle vendor invoice processing, verification, and timely payment releases.

• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and key variances.

• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial discipline across projects.

• Supervise finance activities for multiple projects and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Review expense reports and function as an internal auditor to ensure accuracy and control.

• Post accounting journals, including adjustments, reclassifications, and corrections.

• Provide financial data and reports for internal and external audits.

• Strengthen internal controls, improve project financial monitoring, and support ERP implementation.

• Manage working capital, including cash flow and payables optimization.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and other management-required financial analyses.

• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors through effective communication.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Masters/MBA in Finance/Accounting/CA Preferred

• Relevant experience of over 3years (FMCG/Consumer/Service Industry)

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and project finance

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial controls.
