Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our advertising agency. The role will oversee financial planning, accounting, client billing, media reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring efficient financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial closures.
• Handle client invoicing, revenue tracking, and collections.
• Monitor media spends, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST and TDS.
• Track client and campaign profitability and provide financial insights to leadership.
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Lead and mentor the finance team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 812 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing agencies.
• Hands-on experience in Tally is mandatory.
