Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager with strong exposure to the manufacturing sector to lead and manage the organization's finance and accounting operations. The role requires hands-on expertise in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, costing, and team management while ensuring statutory compliance and strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilitie
sFinance & Accounting Operation
- sOversee day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and finalization of account
- sEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure
- sPrepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, and variance analysi
sBudgeting, Forecasting & Financial Plannin
- gPrepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projection
- sAnalyze budget vs actuals and provide actionable insights to managemen
- tSupport strategic decision-making through financial modeling and cost analysi
sCosting & Manufacturing Financ
- eHandle product costing, process costing, and variance analysi
- sMonitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory valuatio
- nWork closely with production and procurement teams to control costs and improve margin
sCash Flow, Follow-ups & Payment
- sManage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capita
- lOversee payment cycles, vendor follow-ups, and receivables managemen
- tEnsure timely collections and vendor payments as per agreed term
sStatutory & Complianc
- eEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, internal audits, and other regulatory requirement
- sCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and bank
- sMaintain strong internal controls and SOP
sTeam Management & Leadershi
- pLead, mentor, and manage a team of accountant
- sAllocate work, review outputs, and ensure adherence to timeline
- sDrive process improvements and automation in finance operation
