About the Position:

We are seeking a finance professional to join our finance team as Manager. This role will be responsible for managing Finance operations, compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a global mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and time zones.

The position will be based out of our Noida office with all days work from office.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Finance operations: Overseeing day-to-day Accounting and maintaining all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments as per Indian regulations.

2. Coordinate monthly GST/TDS filling and returns and ensuring timely/ accurate filing.

3. Inter-company accounting and billing with adequate TP documentation

4. Analyse and perform Month End Close tasks including cost allocations between locations

5. Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Trails Balance, Scrutiny of ledger, Fixed Assets records.

6. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

7. Coordinating with internal/ external auditor, consultants including big 4 ensuring timely and accurate closures.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, HR, admin, and IT to ensure alignment on financial processes and results.

9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· CA/ CWA with graduation in commerce

· 5 to 8 years of professional experience preferably in service industry in similar role.

· Good understanding of finance operations, Indian compliances, accounts payable and reporting.

· Proficiency in advanced Excel, power point, with capability in data analysis

· Knowledge of global accounting standards (IGAAP / US GAAP)

· Experience of coordinating/ working with internal/ external auditor, consultants including big 4.

· Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive.

· Excellent active listening, coordination, communication, and presentation skills

· Comfortable working in a global team setup

· Willingness to stretch beyond standard working hours during key reporting cycle.

· Ability to build impactful relationship with both domestic and overseas team.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Have working knowledge of Global Business Finance Processes
