Finance Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impact Finance professional with experience in tech-driven organizations to support financial planning, reporting and cost & growth optimisation. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline, accuracy, and strategic decision-making support.

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 4–6 years

Qalification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Business Finance & Decision Support

Partner with business teams (sales, marketing, product) to drive revenue growth and profitability

Evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investments with clear ROI analysis

Own unit economics, contribution margins, and cohort-level performance tracking

FP&A & Growth Metrics

Build and manage dynamic financial models, forecasts, and budgets

Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, churn, ARPU, sales metrics etc.

Identify risks and opportunities early; influence business decisions

Prepare monthly MIS and identify areas for improvement

Drive cost control without slowing down growth

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong business finance / FP&A experience (must-have)

Ability to connect numbers with real business drivers

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; financial modeling expertise

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking

Excellent stakeholder management (working with business heads)
