As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the finance function including management of the financial accountant role but hands on responsibility for financial planning, analysis, profitability, cash flow forecasting, management reporting and business strategy support. You are responsible for financial insight, decision support, and financial performance support that ensures business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Performance Management & Analysis
- Be responsible for budgeting, forecasts, and short term as well as long-term financial plans.
- Analyse revenue growth, utilization, cost structure, and margins.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and presents corrective actions.
Business & Project Profitability
- Analyze profitability by client, project, service line, and geography.
- Partner with sales and delivery to support pricing, deal structuring, and resource planning.
- Track billable utilization, write-offs, and margin leakage.
Management Reporting
- Provide KPI dashboards covering revenue, margins, cash, utilisation, and pipeline.
- Compile and provide monthly reporting package to group
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Forecast cash flows and funding requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and funding, if required.
Commercial & Strategic Support
- Perform ROI, breakeven, and scenario modelling for growth initiatives, new service lines, and other types of expansion.
- Support client audits and due diligence when needed.
Governance & Oversight
- Review financial outputs from the Accounts Manager for business relevance and integrity.
- Ensure financial controls align with company growth and risk profile.
- Support statutory reporting.
Who you are:
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant or International professional qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
- Candidates withCA + international exposure or CA with IFRS experience will be preferred
- 8 to 10 years of overall finance experience
- Minimum of 3years asa Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, or Business Finance role
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS with working exposure to IFRS
- Must have worked in IT services / IT-enabled services / technology consulting
- Experience in a subsidiary of a multinational or European company is strongly preferred
Technical and Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with:

- Proficient in Tally
- Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel functionality such as Scenario Analysis, Pivots, Charts and more
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint to present effectively to senior management
