Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sadashivpet, Telangana. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger oversight. The Finance Manager prepares financial statements and reports, monitors cost structures, and supports pricing decisions for aluminium formwork products and projects. They ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed. The role also involves financial planning and analysis, variance tracking against budgets, and providing data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic and operational decisions. The Finance Manager will collaborate with project, procurement, and production teams to manage project costs, optimize working capital, and maintain robust internal controls.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting and reporting, including general ledger management, financial statements preparation, and month-end closing activities.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis, with the ability to interpret data to support management decisions.
- Knowledge of cost accounting and project finance, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or construction-related industries.
- Thorough knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to Indian Companies Act.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, as well as strong MS Excel and spreadsheet modeling capabilities.
- Having good experience in labour laws, compliances related to ESI, PF etc., and administrative affairs of the Company.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.
- Sufficient experience in financial management & administrative responsibilities is strongly preferred.
