Role Description The Senior Finance Manager role at Insight India is a full-time, on-site position based in Sun City. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for multiple business units. This role includes preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls, and supporting audits. The Senior Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership teams to provide financial insights, guide strategic decision-making, and improve profitability and cash flow. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing finance team members, optimizing financial processes and systems, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong financial management and planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
• Experience in cash flow management, cost optimization, and profitability improvement for multi-unit operations.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
• Proven leadership abilities, including team management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in a senior finance role within advertising, media, activations, or a multi-location services environment is an advantage.
