The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

  • Qualified CA
  • 10-12 years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a finance team effectively
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience in the property and real estate industry is preferred
