We're Hiring: Finance Lead

Location: Pune (Magarpatta)

Experience: 4–8 Years

With 65+ payer clients, 800+ professionals, and rapid global growth, we are looking for a Finance Lead to strengthen our finance operations, planning, reporting, and compliance functions.

What You'll Do

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes
• Own monthly/quarterly financial closure and reporting
• Deliver variance analysis and business insights
• Partner with business leaders on cost optimization and decision support
• Manage statutory compliance, audits, and tax coordination
• Improve internal controls and finance governance
• Lead finance automation and process improvement initiatives
• Mentor team members and ensure accurate financial deliverables

What We're Looking For

Qualified CA (Mandatory)

4–8 years post-qualification experience

Strong exposure to FP&A, accounting, and compliance

Experience in SaaS / Tech / Service organizations preferred

Big4 background is a plus

Hands-on with QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP tools

Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
