Supervise the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes.
Overseeing financial reporting, analysis and in-depth planning
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and cost efficiency.
Evaluate and monitor financial risks, implementing controls where necessary.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting standards.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Lead should have:

Should be a CA with 6-8 years of experience
Should have experience with FMCG and D2C brands
Should be a proactive leader and should have a entrepreneurial mind-set
Experience with leading teams
