All In Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm backing founders at the pre-seed and seed stages. We manage an $11M first fund and are currently closing our $25M second fund. We have invested in 70+ companies across deep-tech, AI, frontier tech, and software, and we pride ourselves on being founder-aligned, conviction-driven partners. We are now hiring a Finance Lead to own finance operations across the platform spanning the Funds and GP entities.
Role Overview
This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role responsible for end-to-end financial management across:
- Fund I ($11M)
- Fund II ($25M)
- GP / Management entities for both funds
You will manage capital accounts, fund accounting, drawdowns, distributions, audits, LP reporting, tax and compliance, treasury, and internal FP&A. You will work closely with the Partners and external providers (legal, audit, tax, fund admin).
This role is ideal for someone who understands fund finance in an AIF / VC environment and wants ownership, responsibility, and proximity to the investing business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fund Operations & Accounting
- Provide proper information to Fund Administrator to help them maintain accurate books for Fund I & Fund II (capital accounts, NAV, waterfalls)
- Oversee fund administration, reconciliations, allocations, and valuations
- Manage portfolio investment entries, exits, follow-ons, investment tracking
- Build robust financial controls and audit-ready processes
2. Capital Management
- Work with Fund Admins to Prepare and execute capital call notices and receipts
- Track LP commitments, contributions, and distributions
- Manage treasury & liquidity planning across entities
- Monitor reserve planning and forecasted deployment runway
- Optimize banking, interest, FX, and cash allocation
- Design and maintain dashboards for tracking cash flows
3. GP Entity Finance
- Own end-to-end accounting for GP / Manager LLP entities
- Oversee revenue recognition (fees, carry allocations)
- Manage compensation, reimbursements, expenses, and vendor payments
4. Audit, Tax & Compliance
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
- In consultation with legal coundel and fund admins - Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations
- RBI & FEMA where applicable
- Income tax filings for funds and entities
- Oversee GST / TDS filings as applicable
5. Investor Onboarding & Relations Support
- Manage investor onboarding in coordination with fund admins
- Manage investor database and reporting schedules
Qualifications
- 612 years of relevant experience in:
- Venture Capital / Private Equity fund finance, OR
- Big 4 / Fund accounting / AIF administration
- Strong understanding of:
- AIF Category I/II structures
- Fund accounting & waterfalls
- Indian tax & regulatory ecosystem
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred but not a necessity
- Prior experience managing VC/PE funds strongly preferred
