Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and daily accounting activities
- Support invoice management, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Help prepare MIS reports and financial summaries
- Work on Excel sheets for data analysis and reconciliations
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation
- Assist in GST, billing, and compliance-related tasks
- Maintain proper records of transactions and reports
- Support the finance team in monthly closing activities
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related field
- Good understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting tools
- Understanding of invoicing, GST, and financial documentation
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
