Role Overview
The FP&A Intern will support the Finance team in financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. This role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance tracking, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and preparation of management decks
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles (monthly / quarterly)
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and highlight key drivers
- Work on revenue and cost analysis, including tracking key business metrics (ARR, margins, etc.)
- Help build and maintain financial models for planning and decision-making
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems (ERP / BI tools)
- Collaborate with business teams to understand drivers of performance
- Assist in automation and improvement of reporting processes (Excel / SQL / BI tools)
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Basic understanding of financial statements and finance concepts
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights
Good to Have
- Exposure to financial modeling / valuation concepts
- Familiarity with SQL / BigQuery / BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, gross margin
