Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Finance & HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and core HR functions. This role is designed for individuals who want practical exposure in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operational processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Maintain and update financial records, expense sheets, and payment trackers
  • Assist in invoice generation, vendor coordination, and reconciliation
  • Support payroll processing and salary documentation
  • Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries
  • Assist with statutory compliance documentation (GST, TDS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants when required

Human Resources

  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination (screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and employee record management
  • Maintain attendance and leave management records
  • Draft HR-related communications and policy updates
  • Support performance tracking and HR operational activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/HR) / CA Inter or relevant academic background
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
