Job Description

  • Manage the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
  • Work alongside the CFO, CEO and the Private Equity investors to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relevant to the business.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and present insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team for long-term financial planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Head should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in business finance, financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in the either technology, ITeS, services industry or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
