Job Description

Manage the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control initiatives.
Work alongside the CFO, CEO and the Private Equity investors to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements relevant to the business.
Lead the preparation of financial statements and present insights to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with departmental heads to align financial strategies with organisational goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team for long-term financial planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Head should have:

A professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Strong expertise in business finance, financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proven experience in the either technology, ITeS, services industry or a related sector.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
A strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
