Job Description

Position - Finance Executive

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

Location - Chennai

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable).
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data.
