We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Reconciliation Sr. Finance Executive to manage revenue reconciliation, repayments, statutory payments, banking activities, and digital advertising account management. The role will closely work with finance, operations, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform NBFC revenue reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely invoicing as per contractual terms and accounting policies.
- Handle repayment reconciliation, investigate variances, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for resolution.
- Prepare reconciliation statements and supportmonth-end closeactivities.
- Manage statutory (like GST & TDS) and vendor payments in INR and foreign currency, including payment processing, documentation, and compliance.
- Handle ad-hoc banking activities, including transaction verification, bank coordination, and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper payment trackers and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance and accurate records.
- Conductad-hoc review of agreements, focusing on financial clauses, billing terms, payment schedules, and revenue recognition impact.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts from a finance and billing perspective.
- Track advertising spends, reconcile marketing invoices.
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and process notes.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience inrevenue and repayment reconciliation, preferably inNBFC / fintech / financial services.
- Experience in managing vendor payments (INR & foreign currency).
- Working knowledge ofstatutory payments(GST, TDS) and basic regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience withaccounting software / ERP systems (Tally).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ad-hoc requests.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
