Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team as Finance Manager. The role will focus on financial reporting, direct tax compliance, TDS management, income tax assessments, and SAP-based accounting. The candidate will work closely with Statutory Auditors and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with IND AS and Companies Act, 2013.

Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts in SAP.

Timely completion of statutory audit and tax audit processes.

Maintain compliance with all applicable accounting standards, corporate laws, and internal controls.

Direct Taxation & TDS

Oversee TDS compliance including deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.

Review and manage advance tax computations and income tax returns.

Coordinate with tax consultants for assessments, appeals, and handling notices from tax authorities.

Monitor changes in direct tax laws and ensure timely implementation.

SAP & Process Management

Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting in SAP environment.

Stakeholder Management

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of information for financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key Requirements

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 23 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting and taxation, preferably.

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IND AS, Income Tax Act, 1961, and TDS provisions.

- Preferably hands-on experience in SAP (FI module preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Good coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
