Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage key areas of Direct and Indirect Taxation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling taxation matters in corporate or industrial environments and be well-versed with GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation with knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and TDS regulations
- Preparation & filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)
- Reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B
- Handling GST audits and departmental queries.
- Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns and issuance of TDS certificates
- Response to notices from the Income Tax Department
- Knowledge of advance tax.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B. Com)
- 5- 6 years of experience (Preference given to candidates with experience in corporate organizations, industrial setups, manufacturing companies, or professional firms)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Having strong MS Office skills, particularly on Excel.
- Knowledge JD Edward's or Oracle application software.
