Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), statutory compliance (MCA, ROC filings, audit requirements), financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. The Finance Manager will prepare financial statements, manage cash flow, conduct financial analysis for informed decision-making, and strategize for cost optimization and profitability.

This position requires a hands-on approach to managing the entire finance function, coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities, while ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Finance Manager will also mentor finance team members and work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Solid expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Comprehensive experience in Accounts Management, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable indirect and direct taxes
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements (MCA, ROC filings, company law, audit processes)
  • Experience in managing complete finance and accounts operations including AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial statements
  • Proficiency in Risk Management and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards
  • Ability to strategize and implement cost optimization, internal controls, and profitability plans
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar) and financial tools (Excel, ERP systems)
  • Professional qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA, CFA, ICWA, or M.Com with relevant certifications preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
