We cater to worldwide retail & distribution businesses, serving around 200 enterprise customers in multiple countries across Africa, APAC, and Latam regions.

BeatRoute is seeking an Accountant/ Accounts Executive who can energetically help advance a high growth software company. The position will have a varied slate of responsibilities, working closely with the Finance and Growth teams to understand current and future business conditions and to optimize company processes and practices for success. A strong understanding of financial metrics and recurring revenue business models is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Working with a cross functional team to help enhance & create KPIs and reporting

packages using both financial and operational based metrics

Assist in developing new business metrics that help drive business success

Perform variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets for

our SaaS business

Assist with in-depth analysis including new revenue, expansion, contraction and

churn

Create monthly and annual forecasts (wins, revenue, expense, capital and

headcount) that incorporates current data and any relevant functional input

Create and own business projection models and present intelligent data packs that

will help guide the business functions

Ensure off-line reporting reconciles with existing system based management

reporting

Create ad hoc analysis as needed

Must Haves :

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree required; concentration in Accounting or Finance

strongly preferred

• 1-2 years of experience working with financial modelling and reporting in MS Excel.
• Expertise over Zoho Books
• Expertise in Excel
• Compliance Knowledge like IT, GST, PF
• Attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

• Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Accounts Payable/Receivable skills
• Experience in payroll processing
• Strong experience with working on excel.
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Basic understanding ofGST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
