Job Description

About the Role

Finkraft is looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with 23 years of experience who can manage routine accounting tasks, ensure compliance, support MIS reporting, and assist the CFO in maintaining accurate financial records and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting Operations

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.

  • Perform daily and periodic bank reconciliations.

  • Maintain accurate ledgers and financial documentation.


2. Financial Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial tracking.

  • Support the CFO in preparing internal reports and presentations.


3. Compliance & Statutory Support

  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

  • Help maintain compliance documentation and schedules.

  • Coordinate with consultants and departments for timely compliance.


4. Cash Flow & Banking Coordination

  • Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.

  • Follow up on outstanding receivables with clients.

  • Liaise with banks for payments, statements, and queries.


5. Audit & Financial Analysis

  • Support internal and external audits with required data.

  • Prepare schedules, working papers, and reconciliations.

  • Assist the CFO with simple financial analysis and reports.

Educational Qualifications

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) OR

  • CA Inter with 12 years of experience


Experience

  • 23 years of experience in accounting/finance (AP/AR, reconciliations, MIS).

  • Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • High reliability, discipline, and ability to work with deadlines.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
