Job Summary
The
Finance Executive will be responsible for executing and supporting finance operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and assisting in payroll and reporting activities in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute bookkeeping and accounting activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage banking operations
- Process payroll in coordination with HR
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience in accounts and finance functions
- Knowledge of payroll processing and compliances
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualifications
B.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance
