Role Overview
We're looking for a smart, analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. In this remote role, you'll work directly with senior leadership to strengthen internal financial systems, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models that support growth and strategic planning
- Handle expense accounting and financial entries in QuickBooks for our US entity
- Provide bi-weekly financial insights and status reports to the VP of Finance and the CEO
- Own and optimize internal P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget planning
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and cross-departmental data metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial best practices
- Compile and analyze data using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics
- Continuously improve financial systems and propose corrective actions
- Support ad hoc strategic and operational projects as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with up to 23 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong command of MS Excel and familiarity with financial modeling
- Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work with confidential data
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first work setup
- Proactive, adaptive, and solutions-oriented
