Job Description
- Lead the finance function for India operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, Accounting and compliance with IND-AS.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support business growth.
- Partner with global teams on strategic projects, including cost optimization and process improvements.
- Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive automation and efficiency in financial processes.
The Successful Applicant
- CA/CMA with 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, controllership, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage audits, tax matters, and internal controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in a multinational environment preferred.
