Location: Lawrence Road Industrial Area, Delhi

Work Mode: Flexible Mode

Experience: 1 year Post CA

Work Schedule: 6 Days WFO (Flexible Mode)

Work Timings: 10am-7pm

Role Overview

We are looking for a Controller - Finance to take end-to-end ownership of the company's financial operations. This is a high-impact individual contributor (IC) role, working closely with the Co-Founder, with strong authority and accountability across financial functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall financial controllership and ensure strong financial discipline
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payable cycles
  • Handle Treasury Management including cash flow planning and fund utilization
  • Drive Working Capital Management and optimization
  • Lead Audit processes (internal & external) and ensure compliance
  • Manage Taxation (direct & indirect) and statutory requirements
  • Prepare and monitor financial reports, MIS, and forecasts
  • Strengthen financial processes, controls, and systems

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) - 1+ year post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience in controllership or core finance roles
  • Strong exposure to:
  • Receivables & Payables
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Management
  • Working Capital
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Taxation
  • Ability to work in a high ownership, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
