Lead global financial controllership, taxation, compliance, and business finance operations for an IT services organization across multiple geographies. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in taxation, quarterly reviews, cash flow, cost analysis, and leadership of MIS, with close coordination with CPAs, auditors, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and controllership across US, UK, Canada, South Africa & India
- Manage monthly and quarterly closures, financial reviews, and reporting under US GAAP & Ind AS.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Own cash flow forecasting, working capital, billing, collections, and unbilled revenue
- Drive cost, margin, and profitability analysis (project/client/geography)
- Prepare and present leadership MIS and QBR insights
- Lead global finance teams and drive process improvement, controls, and ERP enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years in finance, accounting, and controllership
- Strong experience in IT Services / ITES with multi‐country operations
- Hands-on expertise in taxation, quarterly reviews, cash flow, cost analysis, and MIS
- Experience working with CPAs, auditors, and global stakeholders
- Exposure to transfer pricing, intercompany, and cross‐border operations
