We are seeking a Finance Controller / Senior Executive with 5-10 years of experience to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor junior finance team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
