4050 LPA (flexible for strong candidates)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Role Overview

The Finance Controller will be responsible for strengthening financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks to support the company's IPO journey and rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end financial controllership including accounting, reporting, and compliance

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Oversee costing and margin analysis, especially in manufacturing setup

Strengthen internal controls, governance, and audit processes

Manage banking relationships, working capital, and cash flow optimization

Ensure timely and accurate MIS, board reports, and investor presentations

Support CFO in IPO readiness, due diligence, and regulatory compliance

Implement best-in-class financial systems and processes

Key Requirements

Qualified CA with 1012 years of experience

Strong experience in manufacturing / auto component industry

Hands-on exposure to costing, plant finance, and financial controls

Experience in handling audits, compliance, and reporting

Ability to work in a fast-growing, evolving environment

Preferred Profile

Candidates with exposure to IPO readiness / investor reporting

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
