Finance Controller

Role Details:

• Position: Finance Controller
• Reporting to: CFO
• Experience: 8 years (with minimum 2 years in a managerial role)
• Qualification: CA
• Location: Head Office-Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger scrutiny and reconciliations
• Prepare MIS reports, sales analysis, and inventory reports
• Financial reporting including P&L, cash flow, and business insights
• Manage tax compliance (TDS, GST, advance tax, ITR, etc.)
• Coordinate with banks for fund management and CC limits
• Handle audit processes and statutory compliance
• Perform reconciliation of 26AS and excise duties
• Ensure timely regulatory filings and respond to notices
• Lead and manage team for accounting and audit deliverables

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience in SAP and financial reporting systems
• Understanding of taxation (Direct & Indirect) and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage deadlines
