Work alongside & directly with the senior management.
Work in a leadership capacity.

Job Description

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee month-end activities, statutory compliance, taxation matters and audits.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Monitor and control financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Lead internal and external audits to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team for optimal performance.
Prepare detailed financial analyses to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

A degree in Accounting - qualified Chartered Accountant.
Professional qualifications such as a CA is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership capabilities to manage and guide a team effectively.
