Job Description

Manage and oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities.
Partner with finance and business partners in supporting key initiatives and drive financial objectives
Develop and implement financial controls and reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
Lead internal and external financial audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:.

Chartered Accountancy with an overall experinece of 15 years or more
Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the healthcare or life science industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
