Job Description

The Financial Controller will lead the finance function with responsibility for:

  • Full Finance Controllership and FP&A ownership including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlook and longrange planning.
  • Monthly management reporting, variance analysis, margins, revenue/mix, cash flow, working capital, and order/backlog monitoring.
  • Statutory, tax and regulatory compliance managing internal & external audits.
  • Overseeing AP, AR, asset management, project accounting, inventory controls, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Supporting service operations: utilization, service cost, warranty and spares management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • CA / CPA / MBA (Finance)
  • 10+ years of finance experience within controllership vertical
  • Background in engineering solutions, industrial automation, test & measurement systems, capital equipment or projectbased environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, SOX, statutory reporting, tax frameworks.
  • Skilled in FP&A, financial modelling, month-end close, variance analysis and reporting.
  • Experience managing teams and working in matrix, multinational environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel Power BI exposure advantageous.
  • Experience in manufacturing finance is essential.
