Finance Controller

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Finance Controller. The Finance Controller will manage financial operations, review and analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and oversee regular reporting processes. Other responsibilities include developing and maintaining accounting policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting and Finance principles, with the ability to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial activities
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and support strategic planning
• Proven ability to work with financial software and systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA/CFA certification is a plus)
• Prior experience in a similar role; experience in the marketing or creative industry is an advantage
