Key Responsibilities
- Month end closure- Assist in efficient month-end book closure within 1 day, ensuring timely reporting with accurate reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Monitoring debtors, creditors, stock and ensuring accurate provisioning.
- Financial reporting: Preparing accurate financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets & Cash flow.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in developing, monitoring, and managing the company's budget and creating financial growth plans.
- Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant financial regulations, standards, and tax laws.
- Internal controls: Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Audit management: Coordinating and managing both internal and external audits.
- Financial analysis: Prepare ad -hoc reports for the management to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide recommendations to management for decision-making.
- Automation projects- Automated recurring financial and MIS reports to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and accelerate reporting timelines.
- Tax & Treasury - Manage and assist with tax filings (GST, Income Tax) and Treasury operations.
