We are seeking a Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business planning. The role involves managing accounting functions, reporting, taxation, and working capital to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance and accounts function including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory filings.
- Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow, and fund flow to support business operations.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and implement financial controls.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic financial decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and reporting.
