Finance Controller

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial information. The ideal candidate will have 7-17 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure timely submission of all reports.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in India.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
