Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the healthcare industry.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy of transactions.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure transparency and integrity in financial practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and healthcare finance.
