We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the controllership function, overseeing financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, and risk management. This role requires strong expertise in IND AS, internal controls, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to drive financial discipline and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1] Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IND AS
- Manage consolidation workings, journal entries, and inter-company eliminations
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting
- Support cash flow reporting and analysis
2] IND AS Compliance
- Prepare detailed workings for IND AS adjustments
- Ensure timely implementation of accounting standard updates
3] Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Identify financial and operational risks
- Implement control frameworks across Order-to-Cash, Payroll, and Vendor Payments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
4] Month-End Closure & MIS
- Lead month-end and year-end closing
- Deliver MIS reports with actionable insights
- Drive variance analysis and cost optimization initiatives
5] Audit Management
- Manage statutory audits and auditor relationships
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations
6] Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Lead cash flow forecasting and monitoring
- Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory
7] Finance Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee finance operations
- Partner with Business, Legal, HR, and Operations teams
8] Tax Compliance
- Manage GST filings and tax compliance
- Handle assessments, notices, and liaise with authorities
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 7–12 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of IND AS and consolidation
- Experience in internal controls and risk frameworks
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
