Job Description

Role: Finance Controller
Job Purpose :To handle all the vertical related to Finance and accounts and Enhance the business by their analysis
Location :Gurgaon

Role Accountabilities
Strategy, Planning & Finance Control
1. Manage and support the financial performance of the Business, prepare short term and long term forecasts to achieve financial objectives, in line with Departments objectives.
2. Accounting closure at Quarterly level for all entities closure for Financials Results at consolidated level
3. Ensuring adherence to the budgets through Cost Controlling and analysis.
4. Analyzing Individual entities, receivables & Payables compared to Business Plan and Forecast and interact with Location for Immediate Counter actions and permanent
5. Operational Control of Cash Flow/Fund Flow monitoring
6. Supporting CFO in monthly reviews with the Sr. Management Accounting, operations, Budgeting, Planning, Auditing & Analysing
7. Consolidation of Balance sheet / MIS at JBM Auto level
8. Ability to contract costs, Budgeting & Costing.
9. Compliance management with respect to Finance Department ie Banks, Investors and Other matters i.e GST, Income Tax etc 10. Ensure following SOPs for the Finance Department and help management for closure of Internal Audit Points
11. Representation of Finance in Cross functional projects
12. Preparation Annual Budget, Monthly/ Qtrly forecasting of P&L, Cash flow and highlighting actionable area
13. Ensuring timely analysis and reporting to Management of financial performance of organization,
14. Preparation Annual Budget, Monthly/ Qtrly forecasting of P&L, Cash flow and highlighting actionable area
15. Representation of Finance in Cross functional projects
16. Ensuring timely analysis and reporting to Management of financial performance of organization.

Process Development and Digitization

17. Digitization of entire statutory records of the Company.
18. Automate all financial services with the help of IT tools.
19. Implement the automated system to monitor the various compliances.
20. Set performance goals with each functional head and build an effective and cohesive management team towards achieving the business objectives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Educational Qualifications :CA/MBA in Finance preferred
Relevant Experience 15+ years preferably in OEM or Auto sector, 4+ years at senior positions in FPNA
Industry Preference: Candidates from industries like Automobile, Power, Infrastructure, Energy Transmission will be preferred.

Language Preferred English & Hindi
