Summary:

As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations, delivering maximum client value. You will work closely with business leads to drive financial performance, mitigate risks, manage investments, and guide the team effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in finance and commercial operations.
  • Utilize strong influencing and advisory skills to drive decisions and outcomes.
  • Engage with multiple teams and take responsibility for team decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems that span multiple teams and business areas.
  • Lead the development of financial strategies for commercial projects.
  • Analyze financial data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core and Workday Core HCM.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and standards.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation of financial data.
  • Knowledge of financial systems, tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Effective communication skills to present financial information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core.
  • This role is based at the Bengaluru office.
  • Experience as a S and C Lead with a track record of delivering finance projects is required.
