Summary: As a Finance Commercial Lead, you will oversee commercial relationships with clients to optimize financial and business operations results and deliver client value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to enhance performance. You will engage with business leads to understand their needs and ensure that financial objectives are met while managing risks effectively. Your role will also include guiding your team to achieve their goals and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in financial management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends. - Experience in financial performance management and reporting. - Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
