Your typical day will involve collaborating with business leads to drive financial performance, understanding and mitigating business risks, managing investments, and providing guidance to your team. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze financial data, and ensure that the team is aligned with the overall business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in financial management.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
